• We do not transfer such data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Services, comply with applicable law, or protect against fraud or security threats.

• We do not use such data for advertising purposes.

• Human access to such data is limited to circumstances where we have obtained your consent, where necessary for security or legal compliance, or where data has been aggregated and anonymized.

4.4 Data Handling

Data obtained through third-party integrations is processed and stored in accordance with the same security standards we apply to all user data. We retain such data only as long as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law, and we delete or anonymize it upon termination of authorization or account closure, subject to legal retention requirements.

Do Not Track: At this time, we do not respond to Do Not Track signals.

Sale of Personal Information: BŪP Technologies Inc. does not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following additional rights under GDPR:
